I wasn't raised on a fancy ranch — but I was raised to work hard, get my hands dirty, and know where my food came from.
I grew up in Missouri, where chores came before breakfast and muddy boots were a way of life. Since then, I've worked my way through Nebraska, Oregon, and Wyoming — spending time on all kinds of animal ag operations, learning what works, what doesn't, and what truly matters when it comes to raising real food.
Eventually, I landed here in Bondurant, Wyoming — and it just stuck. The people, the land, the grit — this place has a way of keeping you.

It started small. A few hens. Some eggs on the counter and a few extras to sell at the market.
Then folks started asking:
"What do you feed your chickens?"
"Do you have corn- and soy-free?"
"Can I get a whole bird?"
So I dug deeper. I started raising meat birds in mobile tractors, giving them grass, sunshine, and feed I could stand behind. No shortcuts. No BS. Just home-raised meat chickens, processed clean and ready for your freezer.
Real food matters. What you eat feeds your body and your values.
People deserve transparency. You should know where your food comes from.
Work should mean something. I'd rather fix a fence in a snowstorm than sit at a desk under fluorescent lights.
Small-scale isn't a small impact. One freezer at a time, we're changing how folks eat.

I'm not trying to build an empire. Just a solid little business that feeds families clean, honest food — the kind you feel good about eating and even better about serving to your kids.
Thanks for being here. Thanks for supporting local producers, and thanks for caring about the story behind your food.
Forever grateful,
— MerleAnn
